Shipping policy

We ship to the Continental US only. That's the lower 48 states. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii...we will try to get there soon! Also we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Turner, Oregon 97392. Unfortunately we do not have a store front just yet.

Order Processing. Once received, orders will be processed within three business days (unless otherwise noted such as, but not limited to, when on vacation, or at a faire, or inclement weather - please see our store, instagram, or facebook pages for details as we will do our best to keep you updated when these occur). Upon completion of an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder(s) as generated form letters may end up in there. Time in Transit. Once shipped, your order may be in transit from 2 to 10 days depending upon your location and any weather or mechanical delays, holidays, etc. Trains derail, snowstorms happen, strikes occur...we will make every attempt to let you know if there are any adverse situations which may delay your order. Please be patient, we are making every effort to get you your orders as quickly as possible. 

Cost. This one is easy...if your order is $49.99 or less it is a Flat Shipping Fee of $7.99 per order. If your order is $50 or over, the shipping is Free!

Local Order Pickup.  If you would like avoid those pesky shipping fees altogether and want to pickup your order at our warehouse in Turner, Oregon 97392 (7720 4th street SE), just select the local pickup option.  Once your order has been received and processed (1 to 4 business days), you will be contacted to set up a pickup appointment. Pickup hours are Mon - Fri 9am to 3pm by appointment!

Tracking. You will receive an email notification from us once your item has shipped, along with a tracking number that you can use to trace its progress. Also, you may have to wait 48 hours for the tracking information to appear. Contact us at blackcatmarketplace.or@gmail.com with your name and order number if you have not received your order within 10 days of getting your shipping confirmation email. We will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges. Please inform us as soon as possible at blackcatmarketplace.or@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if your order arrives damaged in any manner. Items to be returned need to be in original packaging and unused. We deal with issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.
